Frameless Glass Pool Fence Panels, Spigots & Gate Supply in Sydney
1. Design your pool fence - calculate panel size and quantity
We offer a range of panel sizes, with widths from 200mm to 2000mm in 50mm increments and a standard height of 1170mm. Custom cut-to-size panels are also available for special designs.
Our glass panels are made from 12mm thick A-grade toughened safety glass, complying with AS/NZS 2208:1996 Safety Glazing Materials in Buildings for maximum safety.
2. Pool gate & hinge panel
The pool gate can be hinged to a hinged panel, wall or square post. We stock a variety of gate and hinge panel sizes in the below list to suit your needs.
Gate hinge types: glass to glass, glass to wall / post.
Gate latch types: glass to glass, glass to wall or post, glass to glass 90 degree.
* The gate must swing outwards (away from the pool area). The gate hinges and latch should have a Self-closing and Self-latching features for added security.
3. Glass spigots selection
• Generally, 2 spigots per panel are needed. For panels over 1800mm wide, use 3 spigots.
• We supply deck mount (screw-in) and core drill heavy-duty spigots in mirror, satin, and matt black finishes. And we also offer Non-Conductive, Insulated 2205 Stainless Steel Spigots, required if the pool fence is within 1.25m from the pool water, in compliance with regulations.
• Our spigots are Australian-engineered with full NATA accreditation, meeting AS1926.1-2012, AS1288-2021 and AS1170.1 standards. Made from solid Duplex 2205 stainless steel, they offer twice the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel.
Spigot Placement Calculation:
Distance from spigot center to the glass edge = Panel Width ÷ 6
(e.g., 1200mm panel → 1200 ÷ 6 = 200mm)
4. Other materials:
Custom cut to size raked pool panel service is available. Email drawing to: sales@factoryonline.com.au, or bring the template to our warehouse to get a quote.
We also supply stainless steel levelling stands, posts and steel glass pick-up frames.
5. Select glass clamps
Adding glass clamps is a great option if your glass pool fencing is in high-wind areas, coastal locations, or feels wobbly after installation. The clamps provide additional support to securely hold the panels in place.

• Compliance: Glass pool fences must meet AS1926.1-2012 Swimming Pool Safety Standards.
• Height Requirements:
• The minimum fence height must be at least 1200mm.
• Our Factory Online glass panels have a standard height of 1170mm.
• With bottom spigots raising the panel by approximately 60mm, the final installed height exceeds 1200mm.
• Gap Restrictions:
• The gap between the fence panels and the ground must not exceed 100mm.
• The recommended panel-to-panel gap is 30–60mm, commonly chosen by installers.
• Gate Requirements:
• The gate must swing outwards (away from the pool area).
• Hinges must be self-closing, and latches must be self-latching for safety compliance.
• Glass Specifications:
• The glass must be A-grade 12mm toughened safety glass, complying with AS/NZS 2208:1996 Safety Glazing Materials in Buildings.
