Sydney & Brisbane: usually 2-4 working days

Sydney metro area: $89+gst flat rate.

Central Coast & Wollongong: $155+gst

Brisbane metro area: Free delivery for order amount over $500

Boxed Items Postage:

Australia-wide post service for boxed items (spigots, clamps, hinges, latch, top rail joiners etc)

Local Pickup:

Glass panels, top handrails or combined order, pickup from Smithfield warehouse.

1. Supply L frame for customers to pack by themself, then forklift load onto your trailer, ute, van or truck. Warehouse staff can help.

2. Pre-packed L frame package ready to go - for transport company pickup or customer pickup directly.

Free pickup from the Auburn showroom for boxed items (spigots, hinges, latch clamps, top rail joiners etc)

Brisbane pickup all items from Hemmant 4174 warehouse.

Glass truck delivery T&C:

1. Glass truck delivers to the job site front only.
2. Customer has to organize glass unloading (Truck driver can help, 10m max from the truck)
3. Apartment or difficult access driveway can't be delivered.
4. Customer has to check items and sign the delivery docket.

We deliver glass by our own A-frame professional glass truck, unlike others stack panels flat on a pallet and deliver by 3rd party courier company, which is not ideal to transport fragile glass items. If the glass panel are cracked or scratched during transport or the wrong size and quantity are packed or the glass has defects, claiming a replacement or insurance could be a headache. It could delay the project and cause more ongoing costs.

We Guarantee:

1. Expedited replacement service. If the glass we supplied has any defects, wrong size or quantity, we will do a free replacement and free expedited delivery service to our customer.

2. Peace of mind guarantee. If customer measured wrong or ordered incorrect glass panels or hardware, we do a free exchange or return within 14 days after purchase and no additional handling or restocking charge. And if customer made mistake on the custom glass, we only charge the cost price to do the replacement.
