Custom glass cut to size service includes:

* Lead time is only 7-10 working days, and 10-13 working days for painted glass

How to order:

1. Send your drawing and requirements to sales@factoryonline.com.au or bring the template to our warehouse.
2. Our sales team will calculate the material, service, and delivery costs and email you a quote.
3. Upon order confirmation, we will create a detailed drawing and send it back for your approval.
4. Once the drawing is confirmed, we will begin manufacturing.
5. Delivery will be made by a professional glass truck. Lead time is typically 7-13 working days, depending on the glass type.

Quality:

• All glass we supply complies with AS/NZS 2208:1996 safety glazing materials in buildings. We will send the certificate once the item is delivered.

Guarantee:

• **Free Replacement Guarantee:** If the glass we supplied has any defects or incorrect dimensions, we will expedite a free replacement and deliver it to you as a priority order.  
• **Peace of Mind Guarantee:** If you made a mistake with measurements, templates, or drawings, we will only charge the cost price for the replacement order.

 

Delivery:

• Professional glass truck delivery area includes Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Wollongong, Nowra, Goulburn and Canberra. 

Returns:

• Glass is a fragile product. please check thoroughly while receiving items. Any damage, chip or loss after delivery is the customer's own responsibility. Return, refund or exchange for custom items aren't acceptable. And there is 2mm tolerance for all custom glazing items.

• What is the lead time to make custom glass?

We provide fast custom glass service. The lead time is 5-10 working days for normal float or toughened glass, and 10-13 working days for painted glass.

The lead time also depends on the order quantity. the above time frame is not applied to the bulk project order.

 

• How much is the custom cut glass cost?

The cut to size glass price varies depending on the glass type and thickness.

• Do you deliver glass? what is your delivery zone?

Yes, we do glass delivery by our own A-frame professional glass truck.

Delivery zone: the greater Sydney area, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Wollongong, Nowra, Goulburn and Canberra.

We deliver glass by our own glass truck, unlike others stack panels flat on a pallet and deliver by 3rd party courier company, which is not ideal to transport fragile glass items. If the panel get damaged or lost, to claim, return or exchange is a headache. It might delay the project and cause more ongoing costs.

 

• How much does the glass delivery cost?

Sydney metro area: $89+gst flat rate, no matter how many pieces of glass.

Central Coast & Wollongong: $155+gst

Port Macquarie & Canberra: $190+gst

Please contact our customer service to get delivery cost for other areas.

 

• Can I pickup glass?

Yes, customer can pick up from Smithfield warehouse. We have L shape glass frame which is designed for pickup customer. But only trailer, ute, van or glass truck is acceptable for pickup.

• What is the difference between normal float glass and toughened safety glass?

Generally, most residential window glass in Sydney is made from normal float glass. But In applications requiring the highest degrees of safety, toughened glass is required, for example, glass balustrade, glass staircase and glass pool fencing.

Float glass breaks into large, irregularly shaped, sharp shards. Toughened glass, on the other hand, shatters into small, evenly shaped pieces that pose much less risk of injury to those coming in contact with them.
